Attached is the new Brochure for the Together We Thrive Program through Directions in Independent Living. The Brochure has been adjusted to show how we are currently adapting the program to meet the new guidelines and restrictions of COVID19, while still accomplishing our objectives of increased overall health and wellness and stronger communities for our Youth and their families.
